PSU AVT worked towards making a hybrid Toyota Prius that can use data from its surroundings to assist the driver. PSU AVT designed the electrical circuitry for this system which consisted of two RADAR sensors, a Lidar sensor, and a camera. PSU AVT later used this system to train and develop a Lane Detection Warning System (LDWS). PSU AVT also designed and developed reliable mountings for the sensor units to prevent excessive vibrations while driving and training.
